Basics: hello! i am a 30 y.o. female looking to rent my spare room (female or male). i work a 9-5 mon-fr. looking for someone respectful and clean. we must be able to meet before any contract is signed (open to meeting via skype if you are traveling). the end date (july 1st) is when my lease agreement is up. extremely friendly beagle lives here as well :)

the room: nice location in sarasota florida. conveniently located 1 mile to siesta key and 1.5 miles to siesta key beach. i live right next to a small village of cute cafes, restaurants and bars. i will have pictures asap. the apartment is 866 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. gulf gate apartments.
