- $850 rent all bills paid….inclusive of 50mbps wireless internet, roku, electricity, water & trash service.
- move-in as early as november 1st 2017. $600 deposit to hold your spot for rental, on move in must be $850 payment.
- i don't have pets, but i love dogs & will consider your well-trained, housebroken pet and with your paying the pet deposit and monthly $30 rent increase!
