Apartment in West Sussex Worthing for £500 per month

Hello!
i have 1 room to rent in a 3 bed apartment in a period block. its 2 seconds away from the beach, 15 mins walk to the centre of worthing and 10 mins walk to west worthing station.

the room is a 'small double'. it sports amazing views over worthing + the sea, high ceiling, a large cupboard, a double bed... although there's not room for much else. sorry, couldnt make the photos work the right way round!

the rest of the apartment is super-clean, spacious, airy and comfortably decorated (i haven't lived here long so haven't really got it how i want it... yet!) . tenant would have access to the big kitchen, comfy living room & bathroom.

all bills are included in the rent amount. this includes: utilities, high speed internet / wifi, tv license & council tax.

i am a 44 years young designer in the fashion industry. currently i live alone except for my 2 staffy cross doggies. the candidate for this rental must love dogs & be relaxed around them as all dogs can be sensitive. they are super-well behaved, short haired & rarely bark.

i am looking for someone light hearted & easy going with a good sense of humour to share my space with. non smoking & tidy please. i work at home so plse note i'm there a lot which may not suit some folks.
