Hi, we've got 2 double rooms available in our 4 bedroom house in catford. our 2 lovely current housemates are moving back to their hometowns and their rooms will be available from 18th august. rooms will be unfurnished, however, our housemates are selling some of their furniture for a great price minus the beds so you will need to buy your own. one bathroom would be shared between 2 people as the other two rooms are en suite, however there is also a downstairs toilet. we are walking distance from 2 train stations and many bus stops so it is easy access to go anywhere in london. the house has a lovely kitchen, a big lounge and a cute garden patio. bills are not included, however it is no more than £100 a month and that it is just during the winter months.

as the house is through an estate agent you will need to provide a guarantor, a deposit of £625, and be able to sign a 24 month contract with a 12 month break clause, which will mean that you will be able to leave after 12 months.

we are two tidy housemates, both teachers so looking for people who have a good sense of humour and are partial to a glass of wine or three!!! looking forward to hearing from you.
