I have one double bedroom room for rent.
£500 for single person per month or £600 for 2 people sharing preferably female.all bills included ie. gas,electric,water.
this includes gas electric and full use of kitchen and bathroom.
washing machine,dryer,dishwasher,microwave and gas central heating.
the room has been newly decorated and has a wall mirror and a usb charging socket
the room has internet access and a lcd tv with full freeview channels.
there is a bunk bed currently in the room which
can be changed to 2 single beds for 2 people sharing.
close to belvedere station 30 minutes into london bridge main line station and close to bexleyheath shopping centre.
a £300 deposit and one months rent in advance to be paid on acceptance.
furniture to be brought as reqired ie cupboard,single or double bed etc.
