A double room with existing double bed. fitted kitchen with shared bathroom. private off street parking. would suit a white british male or white british couple. would suit a clean-smoker as current property owner is a clean smoker. property is 5 years old. internet access included. the room is leased and is up for review every 3 months. all bills included. current occupier likes music, xbox and htc vive. no deposit but two months payment up front so if tenant paid on the 23/11/2017 they would need to pay on the 23/01/2018. payment by bank transfer only. we have a cleaner and they come once every 2 weeks but normal clean rules apply.
