We’re looking for a friendly and considerate tenant wanting a place to live in leeds from march-june 2018 as one of our current housemates will leave to study abroad.
the house is currently made up of 2nd year students at the university of leeds, all female and aged 20.

the area, woodhouse, is a mainly lived in by students and young couples/families – yet in terms of noise, it is very quiet, as are the neighbours. the house is just a 15-minute walk from the university of leeds and roughly a 20-minute walk from the city centre. there are bus-stops just a 5-minute walk from the house which provide routes going all over the city. nearby, there is also the area of headingley, where there are numerous shops and restaurants.

the house is made up of 4 floors; 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and a utility room.
as photographed, the room available is fitted with a ¾ bed, wardrobe, shelving and a desk. it’s situated on the 1st floor alongside another bedroom and a bathroom. all bedrooms have a lock on the door. the house is fitted with an internal alarm and cctv on the front and back of the house.
on the back of the house there’s a small courtyard with a table and benches which is perfect for sitting out in the evening or working during the day.
you do not need a permit for parking and i have never had an issue finding
