*very clean, tidy home with a pretty back garden full of flowers and full sun. you must also be tidy-minded, as sharing facilities.

*you will have your own free parking space directly outside the front of the house.

*monthly rent includes bills - water, gas, electric, council tax and plusnet broadband.
all facilities - washing machine, gas hob, fridge freezer plus your room has your own mini fridge, kettle, toaster, to allow privacy

your large room is modern, but the rest of the home is decorated, with a cosy, cottage feel.

*i am claire the landlady, a young at heart and mind 53-year old, with a good sense of humor, but does enjoy the peace and quiet the surroundings now bring but happy to share a bbq in the garden and enjoy good company if the tenant wishes. my last tenant planned to stay for 6 months but was with me for 3 years as we got on so well and only moved out, due to a job transfer.
*you must like dogs as live inn landlady has very friendly cockapoos. my dogs do not shed hair so no dog smell or unwanted hair.
