we are proud to offer the property to share with us. during this year we have accommodated this lovely two grounds flat in the heart of old street and shoreditch. we are a professional couple that we do not spend too much time at home but when we do, it is the place that we love to stay, and for sure, you are going to love too.

the first floor has an amazing fully equipped kitchen. huge fridge and freezer and drier and washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, etc. it has a lot of storage places.

then, the living has the entrance to the rear garden. our landlord installs concrete fences which are amazing for being in total privacy when we do a barbecue or just chilling outside. the orientation is south and most of the time it is light and bright. we have some aromatic and ornamental plants.

in the second floor, there are two double bedrooms and one fully fitted bathroom with loads of storage too. your bright double bedroom has views of the garden and the street and it has already a 150x190 cm double bed.

nearby, you can find many markets as tesco or co-operative, the hoxton street market, shoreditch park which is open 24h, a couple of gyms, corner shops, and shoreditch high street with the myriads of vietnamese restaurants.

the flat is located at 8 min walking distance to old street station and hoxton overground station. also, many bus stations are in our surroundings.

we would love to share this beautiful and well-connected property with people who concerned about cleanliness and tidy, just for being comfortable in the place that we love to stay when we are not working. also, our beloved jack, our three-years dog is sharing the property with us. he is friendly and full of love, tender and quite.

the double bedroom will be available on the 13th of april. the price is 1000£ pm all bills included. in behalf of the agency, we rented the flat, they will charge180£ pp as agency fees. minimum 6 months.
