i must point out that there is only one bathroom in this property-i am discovering this is an issue for some people, so mention so i don't waste anyone's time henceforth :)i've had lodgers for 20 years and never had a issue with bathroom share, but....


quiet close with bay parking (first come first serve basis). walking distance from bus stop. easy access to train lines by car or bus.

please note : there are parking bays in our road -unallocated, so on a first come first serve basis. i have no trouble finding parking in them.
the parking on my drive is already allocated to existing lodger.

good local amenities.

we share the whole house together and try and respect each other's needs. we work long hours so no late night 'party animals' please. shift workers are fine-we can work around sleep patterns. only thing out of bounds are each other rooms. use of washing machine and all kitchen amenities are also shared.

large living room is available to all. 32" flat screen tv and broadband also. no landline use available. if let long term and you wish to register with our local council you will have to pay your own council tax on top of rent.

please note: i have 3 dogs and one cat and own 5 horses (horses not at home) so if you have any animal allergies this is not for you.
