there is lots of storage space in the shared laundry area. shared entry through back entrance and upstairs kitchen can be shared too.

plenty of space for parking. many amenities, pond, walking trails, and bus terminal are all within a five-minute walk. quick access to edmonton and the anthony henday.

utilities and internet are not included; they are divided equally between roommates.
