my house is spacious enough to allow privacy, with two living rooms, a garden room and has wood burning stoves in the two lounges, a utility room which has a washing machine and dryer, satellite tv, and broadband internet. there is a private driveway with room for several vehicles.
i have a young springer spaniel who is very affectionate , and playful! your dog would be welcome if well behaved, good with other dogs and house trained. sorry but no smokers.
i would prefer if you only used the room from monday to friday but that is negotiable and will depend on individual circumstances and that is not a deal breaker.
