We have a beautiful spacious private room (11x17ft), with its own entryway and front door, along with its own ac/heat unit, full bathroom, available for rent, in a brand new 2020 home, within a brand new north natomas community. my fiancé and i are the original owners, and reside in the home, with our two kittens. the home is 3400 square feet, solar equipped, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the home features a spacious family, living, and dining room with a large island/kitchen. you will have access to the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. the house is a corner lot so there is plenty of parking and you won’t ever have to worry about “finding a spot”.

the house is located in north natomas, within the natomas meadows/natomas park neighborhood. we have a brand new built community park, along with a clubhouse, which includes the use of jacuzzi, pool, lounge area, as well as bbq area. our home is located minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, malls, and 8 minutes/4 miles to downtown sacramento.

your rent will include all utilities (ac/heat, high speed internet, netflix, tv) share of common areas (kitchen, pantry, dinning area, living room, backyard).

we will require a security deposit equal to the monthly rent, background check, and proof of income. we are looking for someone to move in immediately, so please reach out!

- no pets (as much as we love animals we are at capacity for fur babies)
