Studio in Cambridgeshire Flat for £788 per month

I am looking for anyone moving to cambridge after christmas, preferible in february. i'm very flexible with your entrance into the apartment, as i have to move to my country as soon as possible.

i am offering a private apartment, with your own kitchen, own bathroom, big tv, double-sized bed, a big desk... and all the bills included. outside your own apartment there are common rooms for all the people of the building, such as playroom with futbolin, ps4, billiards, drinks... and a laundry room.

near the building (just 3 minutes walking) there are the 3 main shops, opened until late: texco, sansbury's and co-operate. there is also a gym, a cinema and lots of restaurants.

in the same street, there is the train station, and you only need 10 minutes walking to the city center. even though, it's plenty of pubs around the house, so there's no need to move so much to socialize!

this apartment is offered by a student accommodation for people normally between 20 and 30 years old. they use to offer tenancies only for all the year, as most of the people stays there for the whole scholar year. as i can't stay here for so long (as i have to go to my country, spain), i'm looking for someone to replace me. i'm very flexible with your moving date.

also, i'm very flexible with the price. if you are interested don't hesitate in telling me and we can talk about the price.
