a lovely double room has become available from 10th january in a converted mansion block in putney. the block is well maintained (inc. the gardens).

this is a 2 bedroom flat with a spacious separate lounge / kitchen. there is an option to obtain a parking permit if necessary. there is free parking close by as an alternative. there are private gated gardens at the back of the property which are shared with the other 7 flats. free use of the barbeques in the summer (and winter if that is your thing)!

the flat comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and bedside light. the kitchen and living room also come fully furnished but always happy for additional furnishings to make it feel more homely!

opposite a gym, close to putney common, tennis courts and a sainsbury's/tesco.

flatmate:
28 year old female profession working in the city but often travelling with work (nationally and internationally).

very sociable, relaxed and like to go out and have fun but also enjoy a chilled night at home. very active and athletic, currently training for a triathlon later in 2019.
