my roommate and i are currently looking for a third roommate. we are both young male professionals in our late-20's. we're very clean, respectful, responsible and are overall fun and good-natured.

the unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in aliso viejo, two minutes from town center and the 73. the condo is updated (see pictures) and your parking spot is outside. the room itself is 12x10 with sliding door closet space, ceiling fan, queen bed frame and a three drawer dresser (if you need). you will share a bathroom, always kept very clean (i have professional cleaners come once a month on average).

the $1200 monthly rent includes everything; utilities, water, trash, internet (100 mbps) and cable (directv). if you have any questions or would like to come see the condo please don't hesitate to call or text me directly.
