this is a family home with young children, ages 2, 3 and 6. please only apply if you are comfortable with the general hub and noise that comes with this.

parking is on road, several good local takeaways, the merlin hungry horse and navigation pubs are within walking distance.
the train station is within easy walking distance, approx 15 minutes and town 20 minutes, there are good bus links including the sky link.
