Double room in Dunddee Dundee for £340 per month

Hello!
unfortunately, i have to move out of my room, and i am looking for someone to take over my part in the lease.

the flat is in an amazing area (stobswell) and it’s only a 15mins walk from abertay university and about a 30mins walk from dundee train station. there are also a lot of shops in the area (lidl is about a 5mins walk) as well as a post office, takeaways, pharmacy, and doctor clinic. the bus stop is just outside the flat which is very convenient. there is also a park right behind the flat which is very nice for walks and other outdoor activities.

the flat is lovely, huge, and fully furnished. it has 3 bedrooms, a fully fitted shared kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. there is also a shared garden and on-street parking is available.

the room itself is quite spacious. has a double bed, two wardrobes (one is built in) and a desk with a chair.
ideally looking for another open-minded, easy going student preferably between the ages 18-25.
