The double bedroom is 12 1/2 feet by 12 1/2 feet. shared bathroom, kitchen, garden, utility bills and council tax included. area: i am on the borders of poole/dorset, penn hill with its own shops/bar/restaurant. ashley cross is a couple of minutes. sandbanks beach is a couple of minutes by car. can walk to the beach through branksome woods. westbourne and bournemouth easily accessible. nearest stations are lower parkstone and branksome. bus routes to all these places from penn hill. all the shops you need in ashley road, waitrose etc, and the retail park with john lewis etc just a couple of minutes drive.

property: it is a converted house, i own the 2 large double bedroom ground floor garden flat.
its the whole of the ground floor, there is only one couple that live above.
the garden is privately owned and not overlooked other than a window from flat above.

parking space for 2 cars (mine and flat above) but there is plenty of road parking available.
the room itself is very spacious, has a double bed, large bay window, lots of character with an original fireplace. a small wardrobe, a table and a bed side table. large windows for natural light looking out to the street.

me: i have just relocated to the area from surrey to get this lovely property because i love the area and near the beach. im looking to flat share with someone on a 6 months contract initially. i work 4-5 days a week myself.
