I'm looking for someone to rent this spacious and cozy single room as i'm leaving the country.
the room is located in a house shared with other 4 people all professional. the house is clean and quiet and everyone is very respectful. the house has been recently refurbished. there is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a big kitchen with table and a garden with bbq. professionals or students are welcome.
the house is 3 minutes away from old kent road where there are several buses to central london and elephant and castle. also old kent road offers a a lots of shops such as aldi, asda and tesco. queens road peckham overground station is 5 minuetes away and peckham high street and all its shops and facilities is 10 minutes walking.
the rent is £ 490 per month + bills. bills are roughly £ 30 per month and they are on fix rate so there are always the same no matter how much gas or electricity you use. there is no agency fee and the deposit is only 1 month of rent in advance.
