Hello, i am looking for a roommate to move into a house with a couple other girls, we all go to uw. the house has 2 kitchens and 2.5 bathrooms and 2 living room spaces. the price includes utilities as well as a cleaning service and someone to take care of the front garden area. the house comes with full washer and dryer as well as a back deck. the house is completely furnished, you would only need a bed and your personal belongings. the room for rent has two windows for lots of natural light as well as a closet. there is a kitchen and bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom. the other girls in the house love outdoor activities as well as art. we are all friends and are looking for another person to join us. the house already has a tv and a wii as well as a dinning room table and two couches. the house has 4 parking spots and it is not on a main road so we do not have to deal with a lot of traffic. the landlord is very kind and flexible, if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out! :)
