The house has large communal areas of a living room (with smart tv) and a dining room (with large table) as well as a fully equipped kitchen. bathroom with both a shower and a bath. located on the main road with a bus stop 1 min from the front door, with routes in to durham every ten mins. there is also parking spaces available out the back. the house is situated opposite the local methodist church, next to the community centre and the coop is at the end of the street.

there are two rooms available in this house, both single rooms. the rent will vary slightly for the smaller room.

i own the property and i will be living in. therefore any issues you can come straight to me. i study a part time masters at durham uni so will be in and out of durham most days. i play university rugby so will be out most evening for training but i am in and out of the house.

living here you will have your own space as well as plenty of communal space to work but also chill out.
