prefer other military workers at pafb, other tech workers, or any local college students.

we have gigabit internet, a large kitchen, and plenty of parking. the people living in our home are very introverted (but friendly) and love to play videogames.
if you are a clean, employed, and not loud person we would love to have you live with us. we have both male and female already living here so either gender welcomed.

rent is $550 a month. this includes all utilities (water, electric, and wifi) unless you do something like mine bitcoin.
security deposit of $550 and first months rent is due when you move in. security deposit will be returned minus damages (if there are any).

size of room is 10ft by 10.5ft.
