We have a large furnished room available in our family home in a very quiet area of crowborough, a short walk from the railway station to london and bus services to tunbridge wells, brighton, the ashdown forest and the locality.

it has a single bed in at this time but can easily fit a small double bed. there is one bathroom and a wc. the rent is £120/week, inclusive of internet (within reason), water, gas and electric bills, but no use of the landline. facilities include:off road parking; fast wifi connection throught the house; dishwasher; washing machine; dryer; fabulous drench shower; fully equipped kitchen; comfortable living area with large smart tv, blue-rsy dvd - netflix, amazon etc.

we are a busy family - mother and two teenage children, with 3 cats and a dog. you will need to be considerate of this
