Single room in Milton keynes for £105 per week

i have a single room available to rent in a nice, comfortable flat in emerson valley. along with the room, you will have use of all the other facilities of the flat including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony, fibre-optic broadband and washing machine.

the single room has 2 chests of drawers with a total of 8 drawers and a shelving unit. in my bedroom, i have a double wardrobe, and one side of this can be used by you for shirts, trousers, or dresses, etc. i also have some shelves in the living room for cds, books, dvd and games etc.

i am looking for someone, male or female, ideally a similar age (20-30) and with similar interests, although this is not essential. ideally, this would be a short-term arrangement up to about 6 months max until i am in a better position to not need to rent the room.
