The flat is in a quiet residential area in ocean village, less than 1 minute walk to the marina. ideal location to get anywhere in southampton, bus routes/train station not far.

your bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe so all the basics there ready for you to move in.

very spacious lounge with a decent 50" tv set up. sky included with all the packages available (movies/sports incl bt sports & in hd etc). it has a couple of sofas, an expandable dining room table. the kitchen is fully kitted out with dish washer and washing machine, coffee machine and my favourite rice cooker (can't make rice for love nor money!!!) this comes with everything you'll need to move right in.

outside there is a couple of amazing communal gardens which are looked after by our gardener, great for the summer. ideal to read books or just catch a tan. bring on the sunshine!

local to the flat there is the marina, tesco express, coffee shop, cinema, and plenty of pubs/restaurants all within 5 minute walking distance. oxford street is fantastic for this if you don't want to stay at the marina. plus you are near the city centre with easy access links. no need for the hideous commutes into town!

if you like your fitness they are building a gym/spa in the new hotel at the marina, otherwise there are gyms within 10-15 min walk and some lovely parks to go running around.

all bills are included (sky, infinity broadband & wifi, utility bills, council tax).

i'm a pretty clean person so ideally looking for someone similar. i work normal office hours monday - friday and i usually spend my saturdays playing rugby. would prefer a young professional but i am also open to consider students.
