Hello! have room that's available as in the picture. my former roommate left his bed, desk, and chair which i will be able to dispose of unless a furnished room is needed. i'm a 25 year old single male with a full time job. apartment is in the heart of culver city, in a great, safe area. room comes with a covered parking space in the back of the building which we will share, and there is plenty of street parking area as well. building has an on site washer and dryer. apartment is 2 bedroom with living room and kitchen. shared bathroom as well (no worries i am a very clean person). the room itself is 15ft x 12ft. sorry but if you have a pet this won't be for you as my landlord does not allow pets. i need someone asap so if you're interested please don't hesitate to contact.
