For rent a double room furnished/unfurnished (so you can make it your own) in littlehampton. i'm looking for a quiet and clean person so i don't have to look after her. i am also that type who i won't boder you with anything unless you ask/need me. i do work nights so you will see me very rarely (depending on your occupation).

i might consider to remove the deposit if you have a good reference.
