I currently have a lease for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment at the vista on courthouse. i am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends around april 28th.

the apartment complex sits on beautiful community grounds with a swimming pool and courtyard as well as a fully equipped fitness center. the community is also extremely pet friendly.

the apartment is located directly off route 50. just one mile from constitution avenue. super easy to commute anywhere in northern virginia or dc.

the rent has never been more than $1780 and that includes parking and a $65 pet fee so if you don't have a pet that will drop. the apartment also has garage parking.

it truly is worth every penny!
