i am looking for a nice single lady to rent a part of my home.
the bedsit includes kitchen, living and sleeping area all in the spacious room. there is also a separate room with its own shower, sink and toilet. it comes part furnished. it has its own entrance and a parking space is available if required.
the bedsit all runs off its own electric supply which the tenant will have to pay for there own electric used. all other bills are included.
