Looking for someone to sublease my room in the 7th street station apartments. only 3 years old, and great amenities. for summer only but can take over the lease for the school year if wanted. washer and dryer in unit, wifi, cable hookups, gym, parking, and pool on site. two other rooms in apartment available to also be subleased. only paying for electricity monthly no other utilities need to be paid each month. close to campus, with covered bike parking. private bathroom attached to bedroom. fully furnished and move in ready. living room has couch, side chair, coffee table, side table, entertainment center, and bar stool chairs. bedrooms have desk, full xl bed with mattress, dresser, and closet. rent will be $664 a month. apply to 7th street station monday february 23rd to sunday february 28th and the security deposit is waved. rent in the month of june will be prorated. will be available for move in after finals week of spring term, which is june 8th-12th. will know exact move in date once i register for classes.
