large, beautiful victorian home split into roomy apartments. your 20m² room opens onto a terrace and has a double bed, couch, coffee table, desk, electric keyboard, an electric guitar and an acoustic guitar. the couch folds out to a comfortable bed to accommodate a third person.

guests have access to kitchen facilities, the living/dining area and the terrace.

we enjoy meeting travellers, and we would be happy to share shopping, cooking and meals. we can also offer half board or full board.

we are a french american couple who have been living in london for ten years, a teacher and an hr consultant. we have a son who just left home for university. we like walking around different neighbourhoods, various music, travel, films, new technologies, meeting people, conversation (education, politics, public health, cultural differences and similarities, etc.).

the underground station, shops, restaurants, bike rental, the tabard theatre, tennis courts and a park are all less than five minutes away from us on woodstock road in the beautiful, historic bedford park neighbourhood. many more shops, pubs and restaurants lie on chiswick high road, less than ten minutes away. a walk along the river and chiswick house are a bit further.
