looking for a nice, spiritual, friendly, open minded professional, person or couple with an excellent sense of humor to share my condo, split the bills & housework with me, my cat & one roommate. we are not into partying, smoking, drinking, drugs or having overnight guests. we have our own indoor laundry & you will share the hall bathroom. you will also use a one hundred square feet or 10'4 x 10', almost furnished bedroom, missing just the dresser. we are located right off two freeways, the dumbarton & 880 and within walking distance to safeway, sprouts, chase bank, workout places, fast foods, etc. i'm charging $900.00 a month rent plus dish cable & pge, which will be split three ways. i do require first & last month’s rent, driver license, references, recent pay stubs plus $40.00 for a background check. couples will be a $100.00 extra. text me at 408-799-5511. thank you.
