We're looking for a chinese female housemate who's willing to take one of our 4 rooms in shang villa condo (kelana jaya).
you will be sharing with 3 very friendly & down-to-earth chinese housemates
- rm 450 p/month include water, electricity & unifi
-1month rental +1 month deposit
- move in condition
- no cooking allowed.
-non smoker
-24 hours security
- walking distance to glenmarie lrt & rapid bus stop in front of the condo
- walking distance to mppj stadium, manipal
university, mas academy, glomac business park (cgc), menara lg
-5 min drive to paradigm mall .
- no pets allowed
-include : water bills, electricity bills, partly furnish, washing machine, fridge, television,water heater…(no air con…no condo parking..but can park in the condo clubhouse which is just 2 min walk.. : )
