there is wifi, carpark can be rented.

the other tenant and i travel mostly for work and barely around. therefore the house will be at your own expense most of the time hence make it a home of your own and take care of it as one.
the medium room rented by a girl as well. i expect the house to be kept clean at all times.


only house rules are common sense and cleanliness ;)
