the house:


the house has plenty of space, living room, dining room. the bathroom is shared, with bath/shower. there's a lean to attached at the back which is useful to store a bike, or extras you don't want cluttering up your bedroom. oh and beer! as it holds the cold well!


the room:


nice large space, with plenty of light! includes: double bed, wardrobe/draws, desk and cupboard with plenty of hanging space and storage. the room is available for 3 months with a possibility of being extended. rent is one month in advance and £100 deposit.


you will be sharing the house with myself, i'm laid back, friendly, sociable, tidy, considerate and respectful of others privacy. i work full time which includes the whole weekend. i like to cook, go to the gym, a glass of wine and riding motorbikes.


the house is 30 seconds from the nearest bust stop, two supermarkets 5 and 10 minutes walk away. plenty of local shops/pubs around. 15 minute walk to the city and 20 minute walk to the train station.


i'm flexible for viewings, i'm available some daytime's in the week and most evenings and weekends.
