Description

Double room (for one person only) in a nice house (4 roommates in total) next to charlton train station, 15min on the bus to get to north greenwich (jubilee).
the rent is 475£ per month plus around 60/70£ for the bills.
there is a nice living room, a large new kitchen, and a lovely garden.
the area is nice and quiet and there are trains from charlton station that goes to london bridge in 15 min every 10 min. trains go to waterloo, charging cross, and cannon street.
we are looking for someone who is between 20-30 years old.
the deposit is 500£ and it's a 10-month tenancy but you could leave anytime if you find someone to take the room.
