we have a double room in a spacious clean house 10 minutes’ walk to reading centre and shops. large kitchen diner, living room, downstairs shower and toilet, bathroom suite upstairs, spacious landing and a lovely patio.

rent is inclusive of all bills. broadband internet is provided. the house is non-smoking but there is plenty of room in the patio and landing area to smoke should you need to.

there is a spacious living room with a 40 inches tv.

the house is currently occupied by three male friends from italy, spain, turkey. we seek someone clean and sociable who would fit well in the quiet, friendly and multinational environment.

£330 deposit is required
