in the quiet village of strensall near york. strensall has local shops and a good bus route.

the house is a three bedroom detached with ample parking.

we are a female couple who are very easy going and tidy. we are both nurses and work shifts. we have 3 tiny dogs (chihuahuas) who are very friendly/ loving and well behaved. whoever takes the room is not expected to be responsible for any care of the dogs.

you are welcome to decorate the bedroom to your liking- we don't mind.

£400 includes all the bills (except food) there is sky tv and wifi.

there is a separate dining room off the kitchen which we are in the middle of decorating- hence no pics.

we are looking for a professional female lodger over the age of 19.
