I have a 1500 sq' house with a room for rent. the lease will be month to month but i will accept weekly or monthly payments. $160/week or $675/month all bills paid. its a private room with a private bathroom and use of washer and dryer. there is a dog on the premises but no other animals are allowed. if a set lease is needed i.e. 3 months, 6 months it can be discussed at time of move in. there is a $150 non refundable cleaning/application fee as well as first months rent due upon move in. the house is located in manor tx, just 15 minutes away from austin and pflugerville.
