we are located in far south austin, off slaughter lane. this neighborhood is in a county setting. we are 1 (one) mile from heb, banks, walgreens and planet fitness. we are 2 (two) miles from south park meadows. our subdivision is alive with deer, raccoons, birds and other wildlife. our house is situated on 2 acres. we have weekly house cleaning service, so the house is kept clean. great area to relax after work, lay by the pool or watch nature around you.

we have an in ground pool, a large front porch and a large back deck. there is a laundry room and i supply the laundry soap. hi speed wifi and upgraded cable tv. we supply all linens and towels.
room has a walk in closet, single bed, glider rocker, desk, night stand, lamp, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. i can provide a flat screen tv if needed.
smoking is outside only. must like dogs and cats. month to month rent, would like to rent to someone for at least 6 months
