We are looking for a friendly housemate, preferably a guy because currently, there are two of us staying here - one pharmacist and one radiologist who are currently working at hospital wanita dan kanak-kanak sabah (likas). yeah, both of us are guys, so yeah.... best if a guy could fit in!

why you should take up this room? i am going to list a few reasons for you to do so!

reason to take this room immediately=)))
a) this is a 2 in 1 room - what do i mean here? there are two rooms connected to each other in which only you can access this room. that means with the price of one room, you have access to two rooms! wow, you can turn this room into your own personal storage, clothes hanging area, workout area, etc... just do whatever you wish because you own it! the 2nd room is as shown in the photos above =)

b) super duper close to hospital likas - only 10 minutes walk, imagine if you are driving! only less than 3 minutes to your working area! totally no jam, you can even come back to get something during lunch time if you forgot something and yet, you still have time to get a full and complete lunch! if you are working at hospital likas and we do have similar working hours, we may car pool! (eg, you are waiting for your car to be transferred here, etc...)

c) fully furnished room with large study table (as shown in the pictures), cool blasting panasonic air conditioner (definitely you need it during hot time! which was serviced in may 2019! - you do not need to service for at least 2 more years as guaranteed by the service man!), own almost new cupboard, super soft queen bed with 5 pillows provided ( gifts from the previous tenant), a spacious book rack for you keep your belongings.....eg, books, bags, etc!

d) where to get a clean drinking water? dont worry, we got you covered too! our house has a diamond water with six filters installed which guarantee the purest, cleanest and enjoyable drinking water just like the mineral water bottle. you can just tap open the water and drink straight away without even boiling it! we just serviced this diamond water filter this year too - may 2019! we do service them every year!

e) wanna wash clothes every week? yes, you can do so! we have a super duper big and efficient washing machine which can handle up to 13kg of load. you can just wash everything from your blanket, pillow cases, bed sheets, or anything or even your laundry up to 2 weeks if you do =pppp

f) friendly housemates - you have me as the pharmacist who will handle everything from your rent, bill, repair, service or anything regarding the house. you can stay here worry free!

g) wanna cook some meal for yourself? yes, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped with basic with non stick pan, cooking utensils, spoons, kettle, air fryer, large fridge, pots, or anything you need!

h) the one and only room with such benefits at a competitive price!

update september 2019: we just changed most of the pipes in the kitchens, toilets upstairs and downstairs! all is new and should be no issue with piping for a long time more!
