House in California San Diego for $1000 per 4 weeks

We have 2 rooms available in our recently renovated magical home in the pacific beach / la jolla area on van nuys ct.
we are a stone's throw away from tourmaline beach (15 minute walk). our house has an indoor/outdoor flow with a wall of the house opening onto the bamboo pool and view deck. a fun chef's kitchen inside and outdoor kitchen and bar. many living spaces, inside and out. this house is amazing!

we are a couple looking for aware, easy going roommates (females preferred). we work from home, so we are seeking roommates who work outside the home (normally when it's not covid-19 time).
we do have an adorable allergen-free bichon frise, so you must love (or like a lot, or be cool with) dogs.

$1000 + expenses (we share expenses including house cleaner)
month to month with $500 deposit
