Hello there future potential,

we have 2 awesome rooms available, in a pretty sweet art filled house.

the bedroom itself, is about 110 sq/ft
and features a shared art filled 200sq/ft living room,
a nice large kitchen/dinning area, including a gas stove and a double stacked oven, and as big back deck with a bar area.
of course we also as have a great front/back yard as well.
the rent is including utilities
(water/power/gas/sewage/garbage/internet are included into final price).

this is all in a pretty awesome 2 story 6 bedrooms house in shoreline with a 2 car garage that works as a nice laundry room (available for you to use) plus my shop (i really have tools around to build and create just about anything).

we live in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the bus line, qfc and rite aide. we are also very close to fred meyers and many other shopping centers off of aurora
as far as pets go, well, unless it’s in a tank, sorry no pets.

to move in you would need first and last month’s rent, as well as a damage deposit in advance (equal to one months rent), along with a 1 year rental agreement. all applicants would also need to pass a background/credit check (no fee).

this is not a very kid friendly environment as experiments are always going on, and some have very delicate (and often very expensive) parts. not to mention a full shop with dangerous equipment. so, let’s just keep the liability down all together.

we do have a lot of fun here. we have lots of good, positive and progressive people around. we stay pretty active, and most of us are artists and/or entrepreneurs, so some of us work at home a lot. we'd love it if you were creative as well, nothing like great collaborations of artwork.. (who knows, there is always doing something new around here...haha)
