House is super close to winton high street and near a bus stop that goes to town and uni. the university is around a 20 minute walk from the house.

there are currenlty 5 lovely girls who are studying at aub! we love to socialise but also like a chilled night in.

it is clean and modern with an amazing open kitchen space, attached to the living room and a big garden.

bedroom is fully furnished, with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. the kitchen has all appliances as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. rent is £467 a month, not including bills. however the bills are set up and cost 50 a month including wifi, tv license, water, etc.

there is also a large driveway with private parking for a car should you require it.
