i am looking for someone who is clean and pays their rent on time. i have been living at the flat for over 8 years alone and recently gone back to studies and can no longer afford the full rent hence why i am looking for a cool and down to earth girl with whom i can share the rent and bills with.

deposit required (all refunded at the end of the contract)
550.00 for the smaller room (double room)
650.00 for the bigger room (double room)
or £1300 deposit for couple (flat)

bills are paid every 3months and it’s up to £150 (no more than that - bills included; council tax, electric and gas, broadband and tv licence) and it’s shared between you and current tenant.

ps: the landlord has gone to settle in another country. so therefore there is no living landlord! ;)
