bills are an upper estimate, so expect them to be lower. tv licence has been paid for, but a small contribution will be appreciated if you plan on watching live tv or use bbc iplayer. there is a communal tv in the living area with a ps3 and a library of games. there is also access to netflix, amazon prime, youtube and spotify premium via the ps3.
