looking for 2 female roommates for each of the rooms, they will share a bathroom.

the kids are all off to college, i’m an accountant that works from home (8 – 5) and will be occupying the
master bedroom. one bedroom will stay empty for any kids that visit.
the home is halfway between parker adventist hospital and skyridge hospital.
please no cats (allergies), there is a dog (missy) that lives here.
the bedrooms are large, and each have a double door closet.
the house is fully stocked with all appliances and wifi, central air, etc. the subdivision also has several
amenities, including pools and tennis courts.
the rooms can come furnished or unfurnished.
9 month lease available.
a $600 security deposit will be required. utilities will be split, with myself picking up the majority of
them.
