i will be moving out of my room in late october and need someone to take over the contract. the contract has 4 months remaining on it. following this, the contract turns into a 6 month rolling contract with the landlord happy to keep letting to the same people.

the flat is located in the heart of shawlands; very close to queens park and pollockshaw country park. the area is nice and quiet but only 5 minutes away from the bars, pubs and cafes of shawlands. local supermarkets include lidl (5min walk) and morrisons (5min walk). transport links include buses direct to the center and two train stations less than 5 minutes walk from the flat (shawlands and pollokshaws east).

the flat was unfurnished (bar white goods) when i moved in. this means you will need to provide all of the furnishings in the bedroom and the living room contains only a sofa. this flat would be ideal for someone looking to stay for longer periods and make the flat into a home.

the flat has two bathrooms - one in the current tenant's room and one main bathroom. this means you would essentially have the main bathroom to yourself. the flat has gas central heating and double glazing - we have yet to turn the heating on this autumn. the energy and internet is currently fully connected and will be around £40 (variable depending on the meter readings).

the move in date is negotiable however i would be looking for the new tenant to start taking over the rent duties on the 2nd of november.
