this is a private well kept house in the sort after area of petts wood east, backing onto willetts recreation grounds, only a short 10mins walk to local shops, restaurants, excellent mainline rail links into london 25/30 mins and numerous bus links.

the household consists of myself nhs worker and my husband and is a non smoking household. we our have our own private living-room. we are a friendly household and share family times our three non live-in daughters and two granddchildren when they visit.

we are looking for a female professional/student to rent the room on a flexible rental period.
